Beautiful decor, comfortable. Heating, lamps, and music turned on for arrival. Well-equipped cottage with extra large bed and settee. Spotlessly clean with ensuite rooms. Helpful and friendly host.

The decor of the hotel was absolutely stunning. It had a splendid appearance, like a show-home throughout. The house was well equipped with everything a family would need, making it very convenient. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the food at the hotel's restaurant was superb. the location of the hotel was great as it provided easy access and parking.
One of the drawbacks was the noise level from the nearby pub's car park. We could hear horns sounding, loud exhausts, and raised voices, which affected our stay.

Our recent stay at Five Star Stays in Scarborough was exceptional. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful, despite being on a main road. We loved the complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast hamper upon arrival. The property was modern and immaculate, with spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor area was private and caught the sun perfectly. The location was convenient, with a shop just a 30-second walk away and a pub right next door. we had a fantastic and positive experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The accommodations were top-notch, with high quality furnishings and spotlessly clean facilities. Each room had its own ensuite, making it a great option for groups. Renting this house was cost effective and provided a more relaxing environment than separate hotel rooms.
We felt very welcomed and had nothing to complain about.

It truly felt like a home away from home. the furnishings were upmarket and modern, giving it a chic atmosphere. the place had everything I needed and provided pure luxury. I couldn't find fault with the appearance of the property. Any issues I had were promptly sorted the day after I reported them. the location was perfect for our girls' trip, close to Scarborough. There was a large supermarket just 5 minutes away and a shop directly across the road. Everything we needed was provided, which was an added bonus and much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again without any doubt. the 4 bedrooms each had different themes, and as a disabled person, the walk, in shower and downstairs bedroom were perfect for me. the other rooms, including the biggest black and white room and the lovely purple and beige rooms, were equally stunning. It exceeded our expectations and both check, in and check, out were easy. the property served as a great base for our trip. Pure luxury!
Liked everything 😊.

The cottage/house we booked for our romantic escape was nicely decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of decent-sized towels and dressing gowns provided, making us feel pampered.
The cleanliness of the cottage was not up to par. There was dust in some areas and smears on the glass coffee table, which was a bit disappointing.

Lovely cottage/house with convenient shops and pubs nearby. Easy access to transportation options. The house was beautiful and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. The welcome package of bacon, eggs, bread, milk, cereal. We also enjoyed dining out at nearby restaurants, where the food was excellent. The cottage provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There were a few minor issues during our stay. The WiFi was also intermittent indoors, especially when we were trying to avoid the rain.
